Our mission

Giving Hope Hawaii is a nonprofit dedicated to changing lives through love. Our mission is simple: To give glory to God and to promote human dignity. Through the tireless efforts of our staff, volunteers, and corporate partners, we provide food and support to the hungry and needy on Oahu’s Windward Side especially our Kūpuna and Keiki with special needs.

"For I was hungry and you fed me. For I was thirsty and you gave me a drink. For I was a stranger and you invited me into your home. For I was naked and you clothed me. For I was sick and you cared for me. For I was in prison and you visited me."

Malama California
The wildfires raging across California have left a trail of destruction, displacing families and devastating communities. Giving Hope Hawaii believes in stepping up during times of crisis. That’s why we’ve joined forces with local partners to provide immediate relief to those impacted by these fires.

Join Us in Providing Relief.
Our partners are on the ground, working with local churches and community organizations to distribute critical supplies, including food, water, and essential items, to families who have lost everything.

We are inspired by the incredible work of partners like Hawaii Food Bank. Their commitment to providing food, and essential resources in the midst of such hardship demonstrates the power of compassion and faith in action. Truckloads filled with water, food, hygiene items and other emergency relief supplies have been deployed to help families who have lost everything and 100% percent of your donation will be used to support this effort.

How You Can Help.
Your donation can make an immediate difference. Please consider contributing to our response efforts. Every dollar brings hope and healing to families in need.

Together, we can
be a beacon of HOPE in these challenging times.

Critical Kōkua Needed

We want to send our sincere condolences out to the families, business owners, and residents of Maui and Lahaina, who are right now experiencing a horrific tragedy that no one ever thought they would be up against. As we rest ourheads at night in safe, warm beds, it’s important to remember that there are thousands of ohana who have losteverything. And not just materialistic things, but some of these people have lost family members. We wanted to shine light on those individuals and share our love, support, and aloha for them.

Our hearts are heavy, but now is the time to come together as a community.
Please consider donating in any way possible to help our neighboring ohana and business owners.
Giving HOPE Hawaii will be setting up donation sites at the Jerry V for the people locations to help collect much needed supplies.
